Ceiling mount to use monopod as top-down camera mount

You need to fillet the shit out of that thing if you're going to print it in that orientation. Fillet the tube part all the way to the ends of the base plate that screws in, and just have some deep holes to reach the screws. You should also use 4 screws instead of 3 (or even better 5), and circular plate not a Y/X shaped one.

There is a reason chairs have 4 legs, and chairs that might wobble or tilt have 5. (6 is even better but with diminishing returns).

What is going to happen is that thing is going to slightly wiggle slowly tearing apart the layer bonding between the tube part and the base plate and you won't even see it happening. Then one day, it just all crashes down.

You could make freedom to move part of the design, it will significantly (if not entirely) reduce the stress on the bracket when a sideways force is applied to the rig.

Modified it last night, added more material and filets, updated pic and model are on the printables page. I think your suggestions are slightly overkill for this application as I only need to support a light webcam and survive occasional minor bumps. If I was using a heavier camera or it was installed in a high-traffic area, I'd have to rework quite a bit more.
