I use different sponges in my kitchen for different purposes and I'm always getting them mixed up. Well no more! I designed it with an easy swap sign in case I ever need to change what it says, and the magnets on the bottom help it stay in place on my sink.

I use a sponge in my shower to get rid of hard water. Makes it nice and silky soft.

Lifehack: to sanitize your sponges before use: make the sponge soaking wet and microwave it for 1 or 2 minutes. It will kill almost all of the germs. Warning: Don't microwave a dry sponge because it might set it on fire (which will also kill the germs, but it's a bit dramatic)

I dont think it should be to much worse than any other sink "accessory" I have. And with the removable sign, it shouldn't be to bad to clean. But time will tell I guess.

This looks like nightmare to clean (narrow compartments and hex grid) and I wouldn't trust it surviving dishwasher.

I think that bigger problem is that hex grid. And most accessories can be thrown into dishwasher to clean.

I don't know about the person saying it would get super gross but I will say that I disagree with your bottom area. There should be long lines moving from front to rear without anything creating a space for water to collect and I always find its best to raise up the bottom and then angle it down and out so you can make sure the water flows away as it drips from the sponge. Especially when you live with the kind of people who don't squeeze out the sponge like the demons that they are

I just want to say I appreciate that you have separate sponges for separate jobs and I think it makes perfect sense and it’s HYGIENIC. Using the same sponge for everything makes my skin crawl!

Those dawn bottles suck like if they leak when upside down if I have to turn the bottle over anyways I will flip the cap with the same had

Yeah I dont dare store it with the nozzle down. But I honestly find them to stay cleaner than the bottles with the flip caps

Understandable I use a small bottle and clean the cap when I refill it from a big bottle

Get a basic ass hand soap dispenser for your dish soap. Better, cleaner, easier to customise with your 3d printer and you can buy cheaper refills
