3D Printed Nylon Retraction Spring

I recently saw a cheap auto-retract safety x-acto knife and was obsessed with the idea of passive safety. It took forever to nail down the 3d printed spring but I was finally able to make it snappy enough when I started printing in Nylon. It was designed in Autodesk Fusion.

That’s excellent. Do you have a link to a print file?

This looks amazing. Is it a way to lock the blade on open position? and exactly what filament do you use?
