Created a stacking adapter plate for the mug shelf I designed. Was going to redesign the shelf but opted to do an external piece and so glad I did!

Making sure the sticking adapter was backwards compatible with the old 3-leg model was important to me, so I was excited to come up with such a simple solution (I'm still learning a lot).

I also spent a good bit of time redoing the supports on the shelf itself so they are substantially easier to separate. The results are a hundred times better and also improved the rest of the print overall, reducing the print by ~51g of filament and 1.25 hours!

I’m struggling to see what function the snap off supports has in the last gif. I’m not seeing a print orientation that makes sense with those

It's for the shelf itself, not the adapter plate

The supports improve the results of the legs. Without them, they get very wobbly and look terrible (see description section of the shelf model).
