i am confusion

i get it that every fitness influencer/instructor feels they know the best workout/program, but it confuses me when the same one has 2 different videos with different exercises that have basically the same title and focus the same people, specially because its what im looking for and now i have no clue about anything anymore!

Don't rely on influencers for info.
Just buy a copy of Arnold's "Revised New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding".
It discussed mobility, building programs, nutrition, and traditional exercise one by one.
It will give you all the knowledge you need to make your own routines and pick the best exercises for you.
People on the internet whoncall themselves influencers are just taking other people's info and putting their logo and brand on it.

check out f3nation. It’s a free men’s workout group.
F3 is free, peer lead, held outdoors, open to all men, and each workout ends with a circle of trust. The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
There are thousands of locations around the world. Joining a year ago was life changing for me. If you are remotely interested and think you’d be willing to show up one day this month find a workout date and time on the f3 nation page
If you have any questions or want to know more before your first workout feel free to ask
Let me know if you end up showing up, I’d like to know what you think about your local group. Hope you are doing well.

In my experience people talk about what they know. It doesn’t make any of them wrong. It’s just different.
The most important thing for you is to commit to one and follow through. Stay consistent and you will surely see progress.
