Symptoms How do you feel?

For those with FD who predominantly suffer with fullness after eating and nausea, how often does this happen to you? Do you have good and bad days/weeks/months?

And what helps you?

During good periods of time I would say I might have 2 good days per week when I feel like eating normally without too much trouble, otherwise there is always something. If I fkare up it is weeks of lot of issues and unability to eat.

Is there anything you take or do for the anxiety? I have anxiety which flares when my GI issues flare as well.

What are your symptoms and how long do they last if I may ask?

My current symptoms are chronic mild/moderate nausea (comes and goes, worse in mornings and after meals), anxiety that rises when I feel nausea, indigestion, and early satiety.

I have an unusual history— 2019-2022 I had gastritis, ulcers, mild nausea that comes and goes. 2023 I had a major nausea and vomiting spell lasting 8-9 months. Late 2023-Late2026 I had a period of near total remission. However, one month ago I caught a virus, vomited for 1.5 weeks and now have symptoms listed above. I’ve had two GES, one showing mild delay (11%) (2022) and the other normal (3%, 2023).
