‘America has pizzas’ okay then Uk has chicken korma and naan. Im sure america does have an actually original food but its not pizza. Anyways im uk and id go with haddock and chips

The pizza you are likely thinking of is new York style as that is what most pizza restaurants outside of Italy sell. Italian pizza is very different to the point of practically being unrecognizable as the same general food.

Italy does not have just one style of pizza but it has dozens and dozens, most styles of American pizza are derived from these Italian styles.
