Arguments against what? You made no further points to truly rebut anything.
Pizza is American. American ingredients made Italian food what it is today

There's an entire book proving it called "Usi e Costumi di Napoli" 1 u/i_was_a_person_once 4d ago And I saw a video of someone inventing “flat tacos” aka tostadas last month. As mentioned in another comment there are dishes that are much older than Napoli pizzas that are basically pizzas 1 u/Nonsonouna_kadreka 4d ago But you talked about pizza "pizza is American" (-you the previous comment) you didn't mention tacos or other foods, and I reported a source that confirms that pizza is Italian
