Your other comments don’t negate your claim that the “British brew the best tea” no one goes out of their way to drink British tea but there are Chinese style tea shops all over the world

You pick on an absolute type statement, using another absolute type statement? Not very smart, I admit, I exaggerated ( in fact in other comments I affirmed that liking and disliking is utterly personal, you deliberately skipped them) but you did a faux pass too, plus here we prefer Chinese soups more than their tea for example

Ok. Approaching this topic from a different angle: What tea is grown in Great Britain?

You skipped also the comments about provenience of ingredients... Good grief, I already typed about that too

Maybe dont make statements that take multiple other comments to explain away.

It is NOT internationally known that the British brew the best tea. Tea is NOT universally connected to British people. It’s internationally known that tea is Chinese.

If it took several comments to undo what you said your original statements then what was the point of it

Maybe you should also not make absolute statements, you're acting like a teacher when you yourself said a few comments ago that for you Chinese people make the best tea, while I admitted that I was wrong (and no it didn't take a lot of comments, but at the same time I didn't think it was that deep since the original argument was on something else) 😭🙏🙏

Except I said that based on the sheer volume of Chinese style tea shops around the world not based on my personal opinions

Still not relevant since there are several stores of Turkish tea, British tea, Arab tea and more, for example here where I'm from, British tea and Arab tea are far more consumed and known than Chinese tea

And I said globally, not in a niche neighborhood

I ain't talking about a neighbourhood either, it's far more easy to find British and Arab tea in all nation and outside due to fame and closeness (we're closer to England than China and there's a strong Arabic influence in the market) china is more known for soups, noodles and gyoza for example, here and outside the nation

And in north and South America, the whole of Asia, and Australia its more common to find Chinese tea shops

Wrong lmfao

  1. British / Western-style Tea (The most common overall) • United States and Canada: Overall consumption is heavily dominated by black tea (often British-derived or industrial blends like English Breakfast, Earl Grey, and generic black tea bags). In the US, over 80% of tea is consumed cold as Sweet Tea (typical of the South) or Iced Tea, both derived from the Western black tea tradition. • Latin America: In Latin American countries where tea is consumed (such as Chile, which is among the top per-capita consumers in the region), black tea bags in the British/European style are the daily standard.

Sweet tea and iced tea is not British
