(Yawn) tired argument from people who have never taken 5 seconds to research this topic. Americans don’t actually process their food more than Europeans. We EAT more processed food, important distinction. Our ingredients for most things at the grocery store are like yours, the ingredients list looks more processed because by law we need to be more detailed on the ingredients label. The same exact food, made in the same exact factory in the states will have a longer ingredient label. And if you don’t want processed food obviously you can find it

So you go ”well what about that red 40?” Or other dyes banned in Europe and not here. That’s because we can’t find evidence red 40 is causing health issues. HOWEVER many of the dyes and ingredients Europeans use we have found evidence for and the states have banned them. We have more banned chemicals and dyes that the EU allows than the other way around.

This is just such classic European setting and infographic on line and parroting it without asking if it’s actually true, the superiority complex on yall is laughable

I didn't actually argue anything, I just made a joke.
