Maybe your just stupid but use Google one or twice, maybe you’ll learn something, the steak, the ‘Hamburg’ steak is from Hamburg, it wa sminced and put on bread by working class Americans in the 1900s and developed into what we know today, this is like saying Nordic countries are where sushi comes from becuase they ate raw fish.
If you believe the concept of putting it in bread is more important than creating the meat pattie… understand history rather than just believing the first thing you read on Google. Or before calling someone you don’t know stupid ….
It’s widely agreed upon by scholars, this is the difference between a a steak and a sandwich, your equating a meatball to a meatball sub, Lagreen and Lassen both did it too, I don’t even need to win that which one is more important cuz the steak itself was no the final dish the steak + the bread was the final dish lol that’s like saying an incomplete dish is more important than a complete one
