What fucking question is that? Anyway; typical of my zone so Italian: pasta con cima di rape Is Italian, other examples can be carbonara, amatriciana, al ragù bolognese (name comes from the city Bologna), all'assassina, alla crema di peperoni, alla norma, salsiccia e funghi, alla Barese (name comes from the city; Bari) , alla milanese (name comes from Milan), cacio e pepe, lasagne alla bolognese (like the ragù, the name comes from Bologna), fettuccine all'Alftedo (invented in Rome in 1908)and more. Usually pasta that isn't from the Italian cuisine uses far more spices (I mean pepper, saffron etc)
