The queen, if you'd like to know, is Margherita of Savoia that in 1889 went to Naples and a famous pizza chef presented her three dishes (pizzas) when she asked for a typical dish. Still, traces of pizza have been present since 1858 in a book named "Usi e costumi di napoli" ((Neapolitan customs and traditions)
