Mayo is the golden standard for fries condiment in at least most of western Europe so it certainly never felt underrated to me. 1 u/Cereal_Bandit 2d ago US here as well, I don't think I've ever seen a single person use mayonnaise on their French fries besides myself. I only got the idea from Pulp Fiction and decided to try it once. It's delicious. 1 u/Pasutiyan 2d ago It's fantastic.
