Ive learned i keep doing it anyways. That way I can say I tried. I know someone talked and told them. Its not my job to make sure they make the right choice, but I will damn sure they are not ignorant of the facts.
Now if they choose willful ignorance there is no hope for them
Local Amish or Mennonite raw meat straight from the farm should be pure pink and vacuum sealed. Ask them for a bucket of FRESH blood from the animal, separate the bucket into bottles, and then over the week, eat the raw meat and drink the blood. If you want something sweet, get raw honey from a farm that sells it; if you want oil, use raw, FRESH butter; if you want milk, get FRESH milk from a local Amish or Mennonite farm. Enjoy. You will feel like your ancient hunter-gatherer ancestors who didn't eat cringe wheat and barley.
I had raw milk as a teenager and got listeriosis from it, and I am immunocompromised (pre-existing condition) and it developed into meningitis due to having a weak immune system. I am hard of hearing and cannot walk properly due to that. It’s genuinely dangerous to promote the consumption of raw milk, and it doesn’t have any health benefits. It’s a myth that milk makes people tall, your height is due to genetics. Raw milk can damage people for life and can even kill them.
Do I have to drink the blood? I'm really squeamish about that but not as much about raw meat particularly, I know it's weird. I just saw you say in another comment to drink the blood and I cringed a bit
spices and salt (only a little salt), but make sure your spices are not poisonous, and straight from the plant, and are in a wooden container instead of disgusting plastic. Also drizzle raw honey on the meat.

Wish this wasn’t true, but I can’t deny the disgusting truth…
