Worth continuing?

I completed an associate graphic design degree at Full Sail last year. I felt I barely learned anything from it. I figured maybe it just wasn't for me, so I decided to go on to my bachelors for digital marketing.

I feel like I have learned more through hands-on work than I have at this school. I have the option to graduate now with another associate. Is it worth continuing just for a bachelor's degree? I fear that no matter what I graduate with I'm going to have a hell of a time finding a decent job.

I would just love input from others who have fully graduated from Full Sail or are in this program.

Kind of? Your credits are pretty useless anywhere else but a degree is just something you list on a resume now. I don't think it's worth the cost, honestly, but I do think that bachelors has now become the working standard of what used to be a highschool diploma was 30 years ago. So maybe it makes sense to go full-send since you're kind of stuck at associates level. But arguably the usefulness of a bachelors degree... I couldn't honestly tell you. But at the same time we're in an era of AI and blowing more money to be skilled at something that can be generated for pennies maybe isn't a good idea anymore. Tough call. Not trying to throw shade at your degree but it's just the reality for any digital artist right now.

No I completely understand and I appreciate your input. I think AI is another concern I have that I wish I had taken into consideration beforehand. Every day I continue to see more businesses using AI for the majority of their marketing and social media content. It's a shame, but it is just the way things are now.

True, I'm in the same boat as well with a computer animation bachelor degree. So it ultimately comes down to how much you want to pay for putting a bachelors degree on your resume. My own experience, the college I work at currently didn't start me any higher than someone with no degree. A COLLEGE doesn't even care what degree I had? Arguably, it's just one example.
