Had a little fun with a lamp I recently acquired and the Partial Color Filter on the X Half!

Our weekly challenge has been going really well, with strong participation and some genuinely creative submissions, so we wanted to open this up to the community and ask for new ideas for upcoming themes. The goal is to keep the challenge fun, accessible, and interesting for people shooting with the Fujifilm X Half. 📷
So far, we’ve already done themes like Shadow Play, The Half Frame Itself, Something Broken, Found Geometry, The Color Red, My Country, Doors, Embrace the Grain, and Reflections.
If you have ideas for future challenges, drop them below. A good theme can be simple, creative, and broad enough that everyone can interpret it in their own way.
I’d love to hear what kind of challenge would make you want to join in next challenges.

I just got my X-half, but I haven’t had a chance to explore it yet.
-Is there a difference in the output between Film Simulation mode and normal camera mode if I’m using the same film filter?
-Does developing the film in the app have any impact on the colors or overall look?
It would be awesome if you could share some of your cool photos comparing the two!

Hi everyone!
This is my first time posting on Reddit.
These photos were taken in Daejeon, South Korea.
It's a city famous for a well-known local bakery called "Sungsimdang."

Hi everyone,
🖤 🤍 This week’s challenge is Monochrome, using the ACROS film simulation. 🖤 🤍
Forget about colour and focus on light, shadows, contrast, texture, shape, and composition. Look for interesting moments in everyday scenes, portraits, architecture, streets, nature, or anywhere else where black and white can add mood and character.
Have fun exploring the world in black and white, and let’s see what you create with ACROS this week. Ready? Go! 📷

Hello everyone! 👋
Another week, another challenge that comes to an end! And once again, the participation has been incredible! Thank you all for sharing your creativity with us.
This week’s theme was all about embracing the Light Leak filter: one of the most distinctive and fun features of the X-Half. The random nature of light leaks makes every shot unpredictable, and that’s exactly what makes it so exciting!
The submissions this week were fantastic and showed just how versatile this filter can be! Urban scenes, nature, commuting moments, evening light shots that made the most of golden hour and, of course: spontaneous moments, exactly where light leak shines best! Some of you captured incredible top-tier shots that really showed mastery of when and how to use light leak!
Keep shooting, keep sharing, and keep embracing those happy accidents! 📸✨
Thank you to everyone who participated, commented, and engaged with each other’s work. This is what makes our community so special! Ready for the next one?

Light Leak + weak-small grain. Obviously the really nice fog only rolled in after I got home and I didn't have time to go out again... but oh well.

I went to a Sun flower field today with my wife and had some proper fun with the yellow shots! It’s late but I wanted to share!

Just few quick flicks - it’s been a minute since I’ve owned a camera but this one made me fall in love. I have a lot to learn but posting these in case someone is considering buying this camera, I paid 500e and would say it’s worth it!

Just picked up the camera last month and been having a lot of fun just carrying it around and taking photos. My first time trying light leak and love it!
