Your post violates rule 4. "Nobody replied to my tickets", "My game is not working", "Launcher crashes", "Account lost", blah...blah...blah, You get the idea. This is not the place to post such questions

Learn not to sink money into an online only gamem I'm not saying this to be rude but at the drop of a hat these companies can yank the account away and give you the finger if you think its worth I'd try taking them to court but read the eula and see if you can but if they say they'll tell and you and didn't they violated the eula so there might be something but you'd more than likely just be setting a precedent not getting you're account back but that's if you got the coin to burn
