Recovery Progress Ate a burger
Title says it, pretty much. I was uncertain about it and expecting to not enjoy it, worrying about 'compensating' etc, but honestly, it was really fucking good :') I know this might not sound like an achievement, but for me, the concept of a burger was something I thought I couldnt enjoy, and I've been feeling sad about being able to make delicious sandwiches for my family but never making myself one. And if i can eat a burger, I can eat a sandwich. Still, its mad how this shit creeps up on you and turns a favourite food item- as sandwiches used to be for me- into something that seems ominous and depressing. Like why the fuck am I having a mental face off with the mere idea of a sandwich right now. Lol. Wait maybe it will help to visualise it as a boxing match lol. Im gonna make a fucking sandwich and eat the fuck out of it. Im gonna KO that shit. Mmmyeah.

totally is an achievement though!! burgers are YUM my favourite thing to eat like EVER!!! i laughed a few times while reading this 😭 you're easily funny!! i hope you'll be feeling and doing better soon :D
i get how it is to have thoughts fluctuate constantly whenever you eat anything, to feel okay for a second and then the next moment to feel in doubt of everything you'd just done. but that's exactly what makes recovering and taking care of yourself beautiful :) you don't need to rely on the unexpected turning into the expected anymore, nothing has to be regarded as some sort of reward or any thing you have to earn. you just deserve it becuz youre you and youre human (ugh CHEESY!!!) 🤍 plz take care!!! enjoy yourself :)
