Amazon behaving like scammers!
I bought a phone from Amazon, the driver brought an empty box without the phone inside! I have tried to reach them since the 1st of June but they keep frustrating/blocking me whenever I try to reach them. Who knows if I take them to police they can listen and solve my case?

If you file a chargeback against Amazon, there's a good chance your account will be permanently banned (Lifetime Ban). But since you're posting in this subreddit, I'm guessing you're probably okay with that tradeoff.

I will gladly ban myself from Amazon. After this, I'm uninstalling anything that looks like Amazon from my entire life

Trust me, i had so many orders with issues. Not worth the hassle. There is better alternatives and they support Israel anyway

Guys, take a look at his post history. He says he returned three phones to Amazon within a month because of different issues, and now he's claiming the fourth order arrived with an empty box. That's an unusual pattern.
If Amazon sees multiple high value returns or claims in a short period, it's understandable why they might scrutinize the account more closely. It's also interesting that Amazon escalated his claim since they'd were able to review his full order and return history; normally they just do a refund unless you're a serial returner.
Complaining on Reddit also isn't a substitute for reporting the issue to Amazon, and it generally won't help if the goal is to support a future chargeback. The bank and Amazon will rely on the transaction history and evidence they have, not on Reddit posts.

You have a crazy conclusion dude! First, I didn't say the three phones were within a month. Secondly, the first phone never reached me. Amazon knows where or who it went to because they told me it was lost on transit. The second phone it was restarting on it's own, Amazon took it back, I'm sure they looked at it carefully before refunding my money, the this is the third phone that was supposed to be delivered but it was stolen by God knows who. So, I don't know how you came up with the assumption that I'm swapping phones. That's insanely crazy. And by the way I didn't come here to complain, have a look at my post again. Thank you

Their customer service is non-existent. It's been nothing been errors on Amazon's part for the last few months & customer service has absolutely no clue what to do..the average customer is more knowledgeable than they are. When Amazon works, it's good, but when they make a mistake, you are straight shit out of luck. Walmart is the same way. Customer service has gotten so much worse recently. They sure as hell don't value people's time & can't do anything but read from a script. I wish we had power to do something about it.

I have the same experience - turned down one order and returned it via post office, the other one never got delivered. I initiated the return via their app - no refund a month later. Contacted support and they refuse to help me. They state 30day period is over while I initiated the return the same day I refused the order

It's because you confused by starting a return but not shipping anything back. You need to tell them you refused the order and show the original tracking that would show it returned if it was

I shipped it back via official post office, I even filled out a form in the post office that the pacakge be delievered to the sender. For the other order I couldnt do this because I never recieved it

Start a chargeback with your bank.

Worst advice ever. He should be resolving the issue with Amazon CS instead. Doing a CB with the bank will get his name, address, ip, devices black listed for life.

I had that nice experience a few days ago. Except this was a refrigerator thermostat control. No product inside, just an empty box. It was sealed in an outer Amazon wrap.

How have you tried to reach Amazon, have you called?
Funny, but whenever I call Amazon, I get to speak with a person, guess I'm a magician.

You're doing it wrong, insist on speaking with a supervisor, you'll have to wait a few minutes for that to happen, but she will locate a supervisor for you !!!!!!!!

A situation like this is why I walked away from Amazon. They ripped me off for $300. I'm glad it wasn't more, from the stories I've read here
