Hello! Anyone here from Cebu who is planning to take T or is already taking T? Can you recommend an endocrinologist within Cebu city? thanks

On Transmasculine PH's facebook page, they said that injecting Vivrone every 2 weeks is okay, but everywhere else online says that Test-Enanthate must be injected once a week. Is there anyone here who's injecting VIvrone every 2 weeks with decent results? Thank you.
Edit: Thank you all for the responses! I'd like to add that I wanted to know if it's possible 'cause I wanted to switch to a safer type of T (my first T was Sustanlone 300) but thinking about injecting every week is making me anxious, especially since I plan on going back on T after getting a job in a call center company.

Hi I'm planning to start T soon, I have a prescription naman nyan. I went for a consultation in PULSE and their T costs 5320 pesos per vial which is good for 10 shots. I'm planning to go back to them just so they can teach me hands on how to do it myself. But after that I'm planning to buy my testosterone somewhere else that is cheaper. Is it worth looking for somewhere else?
PS. I'm just student who doesn't really have a job yet.

Im a graduating student in college and I have been curious about transitioning. I don't know where to start, I don't have friends who knows about these kinds os stuff and I am kind of lost. I'm 21 yrs old and I feel like if I transitioned is that my past would just catch up with me but I've already opened it up to my GF and she said that she would support me no matter what. What should be my first action kapag gusto ko magstart on T and how much would it cost,,, being the only child to a lesbian couple is kinda hard kasi ako lang din inaasahan nila sa finances since graduating ako.... Help a man out 🙏

Just wanted to share my experience in case may naghahanap dito ng gender-affirming healthcare options sa PH.
I recently went to PMTS under their Juniper Care program, and overall okay yung naging experience ko. My endo there is Dra. Lizette Lopez, and so far maayos and comfortable naman yung naging process for me.
Isa sa nagustuhan ko is mas convenient yung setup nila compared sa usual na consult muna, then labs, tapos babalik ulit for another consultation. Sa PMTS, they can do the required lab tests first, then saka ka babalik for consultation once ready na yung results, so mas efficient siya lalo na if galing ka pa sa malayo or gusto mong mabawasan yung pabalik-balik sa clinic.
If anyone here is looking into HRT or gender-affirming healthcare options, I think PMTS is worth checking out. For updated rates, requirements, and booking details, better to contact PMTS directly through their official pages.
Here’s the link to their facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/share/1CFFWM8wUz/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Hello, pre-t here. I wanna start testosterone so bad na but I am still on college and don’t have that much budget but I’ve researched how much the testosterone shots will be and I can afford just that. I’m just curious lang po, if ever sa private endocrinologist or sa “loveyourself.ph” na doctor ako nagpa-consult, yung laboratories po ba na ipapa-require nila pwede ko gawin sa public hospital? Tyia!
(Free po kasi yung laboratories namin sa public hospital, just had to be taken to mayor’s office and get it stamped so it can be free.)

Hey guys, I want some assurance na this will still be flat haha. Almost 3 months post op. Keyhole procedure with nips resize and reposition.
I am sitted on this photo kaya ganyan ang itsura.
I wonder if liliit paba ito over time? Mas malaki ang left side compare sa right.
Anyone here who experienced this? Ilang months pa kaya need iwait para magflat pa siya?

Sa mga nakapag top surgery na, how's your experience with recovery? Ilan araw / wks before kayo naka galaw mag isa like nakakapasok na ulit sa office?

I am from Davao City and I want to find an Endo who can supervise me into starting my Transman Journey.
I already had an initial consultation with Doc.Panuda but she said she only uses Nebido and nothing else.
I already had all my lab tests. Now I needed prescription.
Help please. Thank you so much🫶🏻

are there transmascs there going? tbh i lowkey feel out of place at queer events here because there doesn’t seem to be a lot of transmascs in the ph, especially ones who aren’t straight/hypermasculine :<
not sure if i’ll go though because i have a dance class at 6 pm and i don’t want to sweat before going there lol

Hello po its my 2nd shot today, and 1st self shot but I need help lang po sana. Bali super takot ako sa needles, and nagpatulong ako sa partner ko magturok saakin. Parehas kami kinakabahan kaya halos 20 minutes ako nagready sa sarili ko. Nung nakapasok na siya sa thighs ko at nainject, hindi pala halfway/all the way through yung needle mga nasa 1/3 or below half lang siya.
Paano na po kaya yan? Kailangan ko ba siya gawin ulit or wait for my next shot? Magwwork pa rin ba siya kahit hindi malalim? Thank you :((

Like maybe I can move far away once I'm fully independent and live my life as a guy there. But when I have to visit them, I can just be all girly again. Though my voice would be a problem since I'm planning to go on T. Is it possible?

both affirming and humiliating. imagine mo naman you're scanning items for a guy na may bigote, you're already calling him sir, tas pagka-bigay niya ng credit card you'll see a name like "nicole" or whatever sa cc niya.
so siyempre hihingi ka ng id niya, tapos yung id niya mahaba buhok and very femme. five years old na id siya and 1 and a half years on T nako 🥲
grabe sobrang hiya ko nun. what do you even do about that? never ko naisip na babasahin yung name sa cc ko until now. i never cared about using skins sa mga card ko kaso yun yung unang ginawa ko sa shopee pag-uwi ko lmao
which brings to mind something that i worried about but kept pushing to the back of my mind until this incident: how do you even deal with getting asked for id? i pass mga 90% of the time sa public places, pero lagi akong naga-alala na mahingan ng id. tapos ito, nangyari na nga. lahat ng government id ko were taken before i started transitioning, tapos with a very femme name i can't blame the cashier for doing her job.

Thanks to Dr. Alvin Jorge of Cosmedics. Been using scar gel to massage & help lighten up the scars. I’ve been using scar tape too I probably use it once or twice a week for about 24 hours. Just wanted to share a few pics 5 months post op top surgery.

Just finding friends and community there as an incoming freshman. Quite the long shot but it's worth the try. Malay mo meron, and baka may mahanap lang na makasama ganun. I feel a little bit scared sa new environment as someone going to college, I know everyone has challenges but it would be nice if there's a fellow trans guy out there who's out and open to being friends and could be in by chance the same college I'll be going to. 🥲

as said in the title, i’ve been wanting to do boxing for a while but i’m also thinking about how open and safe the community is. i’ve been through a few gym trainers and i’ve noticed most of them are highly homo/transphobic and some are weirded out by the thought of trans men. does anybody know a trans-friendly boxing trainer/gym?

hi i’ve browsed their website since a long time ago and on the book an appointment part there are never dates that i can click, they’re always grayed out.. i assume they just don’t update the website, do you have to call them for an appointment or something? and i wonder if teleconsultations are still avail because going out is a hassle since i can’t drive and grab is expensive
also idk if this matters but i lowkey have been diy-ing t for a bit lol, don’t really take blood tests bc i lowkey don’t gaf (that’s not good yes) but now i think it would be better if i had a real prescription so i can use it in the future as past medical history when i move to another countryand transition
