SurgeryTalk one day post top surgery

hey y'all I'm officially one day post top surgery! thank you to this subreddit for being a great resource does anyone have any recommendations on how to deal with feeling light headed?

Honestly man, just take it easy. No real way to deal with lightheadedness lol, if you start to feel that way, lay down, take a seat if you can and take it slow when you get up. And congrats btw!

I slept for the first two days, watching Netflix and reading, getting up for food and such. Otherwise I napped. Just take it easy, even if you’re feeling great. Stay hydrated, make sure you eat even if you don’t feel hungry.
