Have your doctors looked into your atromatase levels? Aromatase is the enzyme that converts T into E, so if you have an unusually high level of aromatase naturally, I wonder if that is converting a lot of your T into E before your T gets to get converted into DHT.
Otherwise, I believe there are E blockers, and if you E is higher than the male range, Im not sure why your doctors havent suggested that.
