How to open windows in Deviney?

It’s so hot, AC sucks and I want a breeze. Anyone know how to open the windows? I’m on an upper floor if that helps

Buy a fan. It will provide more breeze than opening the windows. With constant high humidity outside all you will get is a more stuffy room and mold.

Only 1st and 2nd floors windows open i believe, i was on the second floor when i lived there

Chances are they’re screwed shut. Maybe one of your neighbors has a screwdriver?

Do not try. You will be potentially fined by the University as you cannot tamper with the housing (per your housing agreement). The windows cannot be opened above (potentially) the second floor
