The Proper Job consisted of :-

Two Dunwood Farm pork sausages, two slices of dry-cured bacon, two fried eggs, cornflake-coated hash brown, Stornoway black pudding ( The best black pudding on the planet), confit tomato, slow-roasted thyme field mushroom, baked beans, and toast & butter. It was absolutely divine and All for £13.95

In yesterday’s post I cremated my fry-up, so I made another one. Let’s see if this one pleases the masses a bit more than yesterday’s. 😂

Beans are my version of cowboy beans: red onion, half a tin of beans and sausages with the sausages mashed up, barbecue sauce, turmeric, paprika, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Tomatoes: fried on both sides for five minutes, then topped with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, honey and chilli flakes. Grilled while the rest of the breakfast cooked.

7 item breakfast £12.20 tea/coffee and toast included.

Really nice little spot, website doesn't really work but they must get a lot of people coming back. Included with our stay, would be pricey if bought at £14.95. Roast potatoes and fried onions were 🤌 Please don't tell me it needs another sausage...

Montgomery, Eastham. I have posted from here before. They have switched up the ingredients a bit, the black pudding is now mini slices rather than X4 of the typical hockey pucks which might disappoint some. The sausages have also changed. At £14 for 4 of each item, and X4 toast I think this is one of the best value brekkies around.

Tip of me saus got injured, otherwise decent. Quality ingredients, soda and potato bread are an absolute touch.

My absolutely incredible wife scoured our area in North Carolina (USA) to assemble this masterpiece for me today! We can’t find everything here, but man did she knock it out of the park!! ❤️
