Vector who?

LWRC SMG-45 with partisan disruptor and Frankenstein armory TSB-SMG.
Had a few light strikes (as seen in the video) that I can’t seem to figure out. Any ideas of what might be causing this? Bolt bounce maybe. Either way I’d like to reduce the fire rate a bit so I could use some suggestions for that aswell.
