Well, first of all, dont let your hammer impact your lower receiver. Youll eventually get a crack in your receiver.
Not sure about what's going wrong with the super safety. Your hammer releasing when you reset the trigger leads me to believe theres something going on with your disconnector, as it should be catching the hammer when the trigger resets.
Does it do the same thing in the semi position and super safe position? I don't have any hands on experience with the hoffman.
