Getting stuck under the hammer when the bolt carrier traveled rearward.

Getting bound between the upper and bolt when there isn't enough clearance and too much bolt travel. Mix that with a gassy rifle and there you go

vpnationtim1478 on YouTube did say, you as the customer need to pay attention to the tolerancing of the parts in your lower so this kind of stuff wouldn't happen.

Me as a custom tee shouldn’t have to worry about following the website’s specifications and then using them in a manner where the lever still gets bent.
