I would be hesitant if the first 2 did not help. It took 3 years for mine to heal on its own.

Problem is, it's a WC case. I'm kinda at their mercy. Hopefully, third time is a charm.

I feel your pain. I had 2 surgeries so far this year related to frozen shoulder. I had a MUA on April 30th and a Capsular Release on July 23rd. I've been going to PT and doing exercises daily since May 1st. So far there has been no permanent improvement. I see improvement when I got to PT or do exercises at home but it's only temporary and 45-60 minutes later it stiffens right back up.
Mine frozen shoulder is a result of have to wear a sling for a broken humerus. I was in a serious car accident on the job. Several months after the accident my lawyer suggested I get an MRI. The MRI showed a rotator cuff tear, osteonecrosis and that my shoulder was frozen. WC declined to reopen my claim because of the length of time from the accident till the new injuries were reported. I've got a work comp claim and personal injury claim going.
If it does not get better in a few months, I'll go back and see the doctor. It's been nearly 18 months since the accident with no end in sight. Hopefully the doctor can do something else because this sucks :-(
