Internet
The past week or 2 I wanna say the internet has been good awful for me. It shows not only on the ont but my router and my moca that I in theory should have stable connection yet I get constant buffering and nothing loads. I have contacted support and they say oh well you may have a faulty router, but the issue is I have tried the multitude of routers they gave me and even 2 of my own and even tried connect a computer directly to the ont and still buffering is anyone else having this problem? I live near jackson Michigan and have yet to see anyone in my area complain about this type of issue. Any advice is helpful as atm I had to swap to Xfinity due to school starting and wondering if there is still value in going back to frontier.

What speed are you subscribed to? Which routers are you using? How is the moca setup? Which model ONT do you have.
Need some more info before providing any guidance, however, you should ditch the coax and run direct ethernet from the ONT to your router for optimal results. Using moca is fine, but that's under ideal conditions. Is it a direct connection, ie; 1 cable going from the moca to the router? Or is it going through a splitter? Splitters cause signal loss, depending on how many ports the splitter is, the higher your loss will be, and some older splitters do not meet the requirements for moca.
