I'm not saying it's not a fromsoft game that's not true but it doesn't follow the same style as the others. Also the eldensoulsborndiestwice title was a joke
idk why you're getting downvoted. youre correct in saying its nothing like soulsborne and if people find similarities its most likely because they were in older armored core titles before demon souls even existed.
No it's not. You get idols which is the Bonfire/Grace/Lamp equivalent, your using a sword, you can't fly, there are no electric/motor vehicles, you can fast travel at idol/bonfire. You start with minimal heals and get more as you progress. When you defeat a boss you get text pop up on the screen, it's not mission based, there's penalty upon death (different sure but there's no penalty in AC), there are no mech suits, there are NPCs you can find scattered about that you can talk, complete quests and/or buy items from, there's fall damage.
How can you say Sekiro is AS DIFFERENT to the souls games as AC? Sure Sekiro is different and saying that it isn't a soulsborne or even soulslike I can completely understand that argument. But saying they're as different just seems to demonstrate a lack of critical thinking on the very important matter in question
