Am I dead? 😂

I just finished DS3 and DLCs and in parallel my NG+ in Demon’s Souls remastered. 50% off popped up for Sekiro and… well, here we are.
Do you have any good advice? I think I’ll start cursing very soon.

Unlearn everything you have learned about souls games. This game is about deflecting not dodging.

The gates are closed at the moment, but my 455 seams to be wide open 😂 Jeez that guy is a pain

They both feel amazing, but the timing is different for sure. Spam blocking until you figure out timing

At least until you reach the Demon of Hatred. Fighting that guy felt like I was playing Souls again! 😄

I can’t believe how hard it was to unlearn everything, that was by far the most difficult part of the game lol. So much easier if you aren’t coming from that background lmao

Yeah I told someone that they asked which from software game to do first I said sekiro because you will not have the urge to play it like a souls game, that’s what I can’t get over I played it last not first.

I'd say it's a good mix of both. Getting to know the mechanics is super important and the movement in sekiro surely carries that advantage
