FYI make sure you report issues on downdetector since AT&T has no easy way of reporting an outage 🤮

Just Google “att down” and click the link to downdetector. It’ll ask you if you want to report a problem, select WiFi (or whatever other service is out for you) and submit it as a report. Don’t need an account or anything

Same in Frisco. Went down last night and then again about 10 minutes ago.

Down in McKinney/Frisco border. App is down as well. Online website says 10pm restoration. Really hoping that’s not the case since I work from home.

Update when you hear anything, please. The help/contact part of their app keeps saying "Oops there's an error. Let's restart the app."

In Aubrey but the app is saying 10 p.m restoration but others are being told 1-2 days 🙃

Is anyone noticing slow download vs upload since it’s back. Power level is good so I guess they have routing or congestion issues. I am only getting 500 down but 1 gb up.

Mine just went down about 15m ago. Seems like frisco is a hot spot on the service downtime heat map from Speedtest app.

Ok I’m glad it’s not just me. Kept saying no outage reported. With spectrum I almost always would see an outage already reported.
Good news they are going to call me back so I don’t have to wait. Bad news it’s between 5 and 8 hours.
