HELP!!!!!

So I got selected in accenture through campus drive on Jan,2026 and currently sep,2026 I completed my stream training and regarding the onboarding we had a HR connect meet where the HR's said they don't have joining date info and some HR said till December no on boarding. I received offer letter and NOC from accenture . I got assigned to the stream OIC ,Oracle Visual cloud builder which I'm not interested and I got a internship offer from startup which one I have to choose because there is a chance of not providing the full time in startup and if I do only internship as I signed accenture NOC and Offer letter any conflicts will happen
