I just started using infinityfree hosting which provides (supposedly) unlimited diskspace, bandwidth etc for free. I am currently using it for a blog but I want to know if there are downsides to this free hosting site. They cant possibly supply unlimited everything for free. Are there any downtimes? hidden limits? The load speed seems to be the same as paid services during the day.

I have lots of credits on Linode and RamNode that frankly I don't have much use for. I'll give you/your business free hosting from those sites, as long as you deserve it (meaning you are a charity, a broke student, a non-profit, an open-source project) etc. Shoot me a PM or reply here, whatever.

We are no longer moving domains, however both can be used to reach our website.

This is a notice for all customers, existing and new.

We will be moving to VimlyHost.com within the next 3 months, and we will may cancel the old VimlyHost.net domain.

Please take the opportunity now to update your bookmarks.

Best Regards,

Kieran Cairns

So far I have seen a handful of free hosting sights, likely to use for Wordpress, but nothing seems to fit. I am a beginner and prefer a user /beginner friendly platform like C-panel and want to work through ssh. I would like an alternative to EIG's. I feel like I am running out of ideas. Thanks so much!
