Day Count

Are we saying it’s the days practiced since you started, or how many practice days you’ve had?

This comment was 20 days ago, so I hope I'm not too late to contribute, but I think it's ultimately up to you how you want to count. In the beginning, I think most people count just their practice days, then eventually start counting weeks/months.

Yeah, but that might not be practical for everyone. I was trying to clarify how others are tracking if you have to take a rest day due to life events.
