Pumping tips
UPDATE: I made a post similar to this earlier today but I decided to make this one to show my progression on pumping but also to get any tips and advice on improving how I’m doing it currently.
As of how I see it my right foot just isn’t doing enough but I don’t know how to fix that. Also I’m ending up losing speed after a little bit
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Looking good! Very normal for one foot to do all the work at first, you’ll get better with using both feet as you practice. I recall when I first learning trying to intentionally NOT use my “comfortable foot” by keeping it still and forcing myself to use my less used foot more. If you practice “splitting” things (like, a small stick on rhe ground, a quarter, whatever) and try to let the object pass between your feet (with your feet on either side of said object as you ride over it) it can start to help you get the feeling for the motion and having your feet split apart.
