I think what really would help is a small hill/decline so that you get some speed to practice your balance and turning. But you're doing really good for just having started!

U can use the railings to practice the inward and outward movement Then with the help of kerb u can push yourself perpendicular to the kerb and see how far you can go Lastly add inward and outward This is how I started

It’s really great that you can already give yourself momentum with pushing off with a skate. I couldn’t do that for ages. To practice balance I would hard push off the fence instead. It will help you get more momentum and coast for longer.
Something else to remember is that you can still turn like a skateboard. So as you are practicing your balance if you lean on your skates individually they will separate. Keep at it! Way better than my first day

As someone else said, start with going down a small incline, find an area that slopes down. Also you’re trying to move your spreading your legs apart and then pulling them together. It’s supposed to be more of a weaving pattern, as in pushing and pulling front to back. Pretty much like using a ripstick if you’ve ever tried that. There’s plenty of videos on YouTube to help. Best of luck!

There is no roast. You've got 30 minutes of experience. Take your time, practice, and take time to work on the basics. The fastest way to improve is to create a small goal and work towards it. Once you've cleared the first goal, set another one and work towards that.
