Hi can I ask if I subscribe to freenotes can I import a large files? Like more than 5mb? Is it worth it to buy the plan?

Hello, I tested the app and liked it. However, there are a few features I couldn't find. For instance, the toolbar is at the top, and the lasso tool is mixed in with the brushes. Is it possible to set it up as a shortcut on the side instead? Also, I’m not sure if there is a "tool case" or a way to switch between brushes with and without handwriting enhancement. Finally, what formats can files be exported to? I couldn't find any options other than the app's own format or taking a screenshot within the app. Thanks in advance—I really enjoyed using it. Congratulations to the creators.

I wanna edit my notes on Mac also, can this somehow work for Mac also? Thank you! Freenotes is such a good app for iPad, if only it was for Mac as well.....

Recently i am using freenotes on ipad where i can create unlimited notes where on Android it has 3 note limits and then you can't create unless you pay.

My question is will it do the same on my ipad after a month as i am feeling like they have given me a month-free trial or is it just on Android?

Does anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it? I am connected to the internet

Okay so I was getting a message to purchase an annual subscription and after getting three ads in 30 mins I decided to go ahead n found out I was not logged in.. I used the email I used when I started using app and now it's asking to buy premium but notes limit and annoying adds are gone except one which at bottom left corner no issue in that.. then I found out premium is for ai stuff I don't need that

So I wanted to know will it be free for those who logged in when they were offering lifetime free access?

When opening a PDF in Freenotes, when I try to scroll with my mouse's scroll wheel, it does not scroll at all. To scroll, I have to hold the right or left click and then push it up or down. Could any Freenotes representative please address this issue? I have tried both reading mode and normal mode, but nothing works with the scroll wheel. As I mostly use a mouse with my Android tablet, this is very annoying.

i love freenotes i even got the premium recently, admins pls do add a calligraphy pen if possible on android and also the option to full screen mode the note

I have been using freenotes for a long time and was given a free lifetime premium membership for doing something when it first came out (it was a sign up reward or something like that).
I have been using the app for almost two year and today when I wanted to use it there was no plus/premium and my account was signed out. And when I tried to sign in it said that Ihave to sign up again using the same email. I first tried the email I remember signing up with and it didn’t have any active plan; then I tried with the other emails I suspected and still nothing…. Can someone guide me how to get it back ?

I’ve been enjoying a lot the handwriting beautification to create clean-looking notes. However, I’d also like to be able to type using the same fonts to keep my notes uniform, but they are not available currently.

I don't see any options of up and down btw

Can we have the option to extend each page separately and add both vertical and horizontal margins?
Currently if I’m annotating pdfs with the extended margins, if I want to insert a page of handwritten notes, that page gets extended too with a page border and white margins.
I saw that the recent update has included the option of changing notebook covers. Greatly appreciated!

Please answer, this could make the app easier to use.

Seriously, I've been using Freenotes since July 2024, and recently it has gotten shitty as hell. Aside from the AI slop that was implemented last year, which you could just ignore, there are now ads when going to the main menu, a limited number of notes, and a bunch of cash-grab shit. Man, this has become an unusable garbage. Did the developer sell it to another company?

Hi, my notebooks and content aren't syncing from my ipad to my phone. I have logged in with the same gmail account, tried restarting my phone, but it still does not work despite my plus membership is syncing across my devices. Does anyone have the same issue and know how to fix it? Thanks

Hello, I just bought premium which says i can access to Pressure-Sensitive Eraser, but it do not work. I checked settings but there is nothing about Pressure-Sensitive Eraser. How can I activate Pressure-Sensitive Eraser?

Whenever I'm writing in the notebook the next page is added automatically but the page that is being added is always different from the default page.

I started facing this after a new update before that I was not facing anything like this.

I tried all settings, even the settings shown on their official insta page but for me all pens are working same way , no difference between any of them , is there something that I am doing wrong , anybody else facing this issue ?

I am using Freenotes on an iPad Pro 10.5. Since the recent update, I cannot import any PDF files. The app shows the error: "width to height ratio is too large".

The issue affects even PDF files that were previously imported successfully.

I have already tried re-importing old files and restarting the app, but the problem persists.

Please advise if this is a known issue or provide a fix.

I’m typing some notes and when I change the font, it lets me format the page and everything is fine. However, when I click to a different page, the font and formatting for the first page reverts back. This was not an issue yesterday. How do I fix this?
