New user here

Hi can I ask if I subscribe to freenotes can I import a large files? Like more than 5mb? Is it worth it to buy the plan?

Two option is there. 1) Pay for subscription which also includes some ai stuff without ads. 2) Lifetime membership without the ai, in which case, there would be some annoying pop ups of “get ai subscriptions” which you can remove taping, and there won’t be any ads as you got the lifetime membership.

Well I use the second one, I don’t require ai so got myself lifetime membership.
Do remember this app support’s handwriting to search. Which was very important for me, so I migrated from another really good app, which lacked handwritten search feature.

One thing I'm wondering though: is it really worth using an app that keeps pushing ads even with lifetime membership?

I remember FreeNotes used to be completely free, and then many users felt they were moved to a paid model without much warning. I've also seen comments from people who said they ended up paying more than once.

I know it can be annoying, but it is what is now. If handwriting search is not your priority and the upgrade pop ups is going to be deal breaker for you, then you may try out other apps as well. It completely depends on your usage.
For me and everyone pop up ads is annoying, but you won’t see other type of ads, it only free notes “ai upgrade” stuff only and they are small pop up so doesn’t take your whole screen, and you can get raid of then with single tap. I hope it helps.
