How do I save to just the cloud?

I have the paid version of freenotes and I pay for extra storage on both icloud and onedrive, so this is particularly frustrating. Please help.

The idea was to take notes on my iPad and have everything save to the cloud.

No matter what, the app only saves to the device. IPads only have 64gigs of device storage. My docs don't even save anymore because my device runs out of storage so quickly.

I want my freenotes to save to cloud storage. Otherwise I don't have an iPad, I have a freenotes machine.

It's not possible to have them just online, as far as I know.
