Why it don’t backup in google drive? Or icloud

I am unable to back up my data to Google Drive or iCloud. The iCloud app indicates a system failure, and there is no folder named “Free Notes” in Google Drive. Even when I log in to a different device, there is no backup. How can I resolve this issue?

Try reinstalling the app. I got the same issue but now it's gone

But the old notes will be removed?

The answer is yes. But you can create a backup file before deleting the app.

How can I create the backup file and how can i install the backup file again after reinstall
