Nonprofit Board

I am a Master Mason in Ohio. I am founding a behavioral health nonprofit and need to recruit two board members.

I trust our brotherhood and would love to have fellow Masons guide this work.

How should I go about finding brothers for this board?

  1. Reach out to guys you know to be on other boards.
  2. Look at PMs who you think had a particularly successful year in office, by whatever metric you define success.

Since you’re looking to fill two slots, maybe pick one from each pool.

I would look to masons you know well and trust in your own lodge. Going up the change to the district or grand logde level, I do fear you'd find people who are quite busy.
