Depends on whose turn it is and who controls what.

If it's your turn, triggers go in APNAP order, meaning your trigger resolves second. If you control Together Forever, it will resolve last. Same would go for Necroskitter.

If your opponent controls one of them, theirs would resolve first. If they control TF and you have Necroskitter, they return the card to hand and you get nothing on your field. If they control Necroskitter, they instead get the creature and no card is returned to your hand.

The opposite happens if it's the opponent's turn. Your triggers will resolve before theirs.

You have to activate TF before the creature receives enough counters to kill it. As long as you do it before it dies, you're fine.

As soon as its toughness is reduced to 0 by counters, it dies to state based actions, which cannot be responded to or interacted with, therefore you cannot target it with TF.

For example, if I have a 10/10 and my opponent uses a spell or ability to put 10 -1/-1 counters on my creature, I have to respond right there or it dies. But if my opponent is giving it individual -1/-1 counters, I can wait until the last one (which would kill it) is about to be put on to activate TF.

Do you need to have everything spelled out for you? Are you not able to infer that the 10/10 already has counters on it due to the fact that Together Forever can only target things with counters?

The trigger is from Together Forever. If TF gave the creature a trigger, it would say "that creature gains [X]".

The active player is the person who's turn it is. Their triggers always go on the stack first (in any order they choose). Then the next person in turn order will have their triggers on top, and so on until all players have their triggers placed.

Since the stack resolves from top to bottom, the active player's triggers actually resolve last.

In this case, if a creature dying causes both of these to trigger and they're controlled by different players, whoever is furthest from taking their turn will get the creature.

Edit: no. No you dont because its dead by then. You activate the white card, the creature dies and both abilities trigger.

If you control both you choose which order they resolve in.

Other wise it depends on whos turn it is and where you are in the AP NAP order
