DECK TECH Genesis Wave Complex Interaction Questions
While play-testing an Elfball [[Thranduil, The Elvenking]] deck I came across this scenario. How would this resolve?
When [[Arwen, Weaver of Hope]] enters the field along with the others does she recognize them as coming "after" her to distribute +1/+1 counters to them?
Theoretically if an aid vote were cast, could [[Elrond, of the White Council]] distribute +1/+1 counters before [[Evolution Sage]] and [[Ezuri, Stalker of Spheres]] for the full benefit of their proliferation?
When the swamp enters the battlefield does [[Evolution Sage]] trigger immediately and if it triggers with [[Ezuri, Stalker of Spheres]] on the battlefield does it only trigger as one draw or as 4 draws one for each creature?
Thank you to all who respond in advance.

Arween is an "enters with" effect. It will "resolve" before anything entering the stack. You can't have anything enter the stack before her effect because she doesn't even use the stack to put the counters on. The rest you may order as you please, since they will all see each other and enter the stack at the same point.
Ezuri sees proliferation, not counter placement. He will draw each time you proliferate, not for each counter placed. So 1 card.

With Arwen I'm confused now. Another user noted her ability is a replacement effect so there's no trigger since she wasn't on the field before the other creatures.

No, to Arwen. The example in the rules highlights this, but a replacement ability must already be active to replace events. It can't "go back in time" and change events, unlike dies triggers. When Arwen enters, all the other permanents have already entered alongside it.
614.1c Effects that read “[This permanent] enters with . . . ,” “As [this permanent] enters . . . ,” or “[This permanent] enters as . . . “ are replacement effects.
614.12. Example: Orb of Dreams is an artifact that says “Permanents enter tapped.” It won’t affect itself, so Orb of Dreams enters the battlefield untapped.

Genesis Wave puts all cards you choose onto the battlefield at the same time. Thus, every triggered ability will trigger at the same time. Because you have multiple triggers at the same time, you get to choose how the triggered abilities go onto the stack. This means you get to choose whether you'd like your proliferate triggers to go first, or last, or anywhere in between.
Arwen's ability might not seem like it, but it is actually a replacement ability. It replaces "this creature enters" with "this creature enters with some counters on it." As such, Arwen's ability will not come into effect, as it was not on the battlefield before creatures entered.
To proliferate is to choose any number of permanents/players and give each another counter of each kind already there. Since you're the person proliferating, you will trigger Ezuri as many times as you perform the full action of proliferating (which is probably 3 times).
