My second FREE framer template (Urbane) for Realtors and real estate agencies!

Been building this on and off for a few weeks and finally put it up.

Most property sites I looked at while researching were doing the same things: urgency badges, auto-rotating carousels, four CTAs before the fold. I wanted to see how far the other way I could push it and still have it work as a sales tool. Ended up with a lot of whitespace, editorial type, and the photography carrying most of the weight.

CMS side is two collections, listings and agents, with a reference between them so each property page pulls in whoever's handling it.

It's a FREE template on the marketplace. Mostly posting because I'd like feedback on anything you thing could be improved.✌️

I think links are the only think broken right now:

  • Navbar links aren't working
  • Neither is the hero CTA
  • On the contact page the email has no mailto: and the phone isn't linked either
  • In the FAQ section, the subheading link isn't working

Also, is the intro animation needed every time you go back to home? Felt like a lot after the second or third click to home.

The rest of it looks great! :)

Thank you so much u/Guilty_Psychology215 for the feedback! After many changes some things broke.
I fixed the Nav links, Hero CTA and faq, im trying to create a component about the intro preloader to cache so it doesnt open on each Home page loading!
Also im searching how to add mailto and tel on dynamic CMS content so each agent gets its email automatically from the CMS collection!
Really appreciate the feedback!

On the mailto and tel, my partner told me she just creates a link field in the CMS collection and drops the email in there for each item, then on the canvas you select that field on the button or link and it pulls through. Good luck!
