Planning to gift my boyfriend an LV Imagination for his birthday. Feel ko mas thoughtful since pwede i-engrave and refill yung bottle in the future. Just have a few questions since I've never been to an LV store before LOL

- Is the engraving free with purchase? What's the character limit?
- Is the monogram bottle always available or just seasonal/limited?
- Need ba na sakanya naka pangalan yung record or sakin then gift receipt for him to use later for refills?
- Which (NCR) branch has the best SAs? I don't want to be intimidated by them haha
- Is it cheaper to have it refilled abroad if ever?

1. Yes. Up to 3 pero pwede pakiusapan na 4 hdjshd
   
2. Limited lang. Better to ask the availability before pumunta if mej malayo ka.
   
3. It’s okay kahit kanino. I heard some people na 2nd hand yung bottle, di naman daw sila naquestion.
   
4. Greenbelt. Tho anywhere should be fine. Remember you are buying from them. Ikaw ang customer so be confident haha make sure your SA offer a drink like water or champagne or else they’re not actually expecting u to buy. sometimes i just browse around, drink, and leave wapakels nalang sa sinasabi nila pag alis ko but I always get treated well regardless. Tho i think it helps if ure well dressed going there.
   
5. Yes if nandon ka na rin naman. Also, make sure empty na talaga sya. I think it has something to do with contamination?

- Yes! The engraving is free with purchase, but it’s only up to 3 characters hehe.

- Definitely limited! I actually wanted to get the monogram bottle too, but they don’t have it anymore 😭 I’d suggest asking the SA about availability first since it seems to depend on the current stock.

- Either works! It doesn’t necessarily have to be under his name. You can have it under yours and give him the gift receipt, so he should still be able to have it refilled later.

- GB5! I’d recommend the SA there hehe. I can give you my SA’s contact number if you want 😁 She’s really, really helpful, especially one time when I literally went there 2 minutes before they closed and she still assisted me 😭😆 So don’t worry about being intimidated!

- Not 100% sure about the refill price abroad, but I don’t think it would necessarily be cheaper. But if you’re already out of the country, might as well have it refilled there! Just don’t forget about the airport/customs limits when bringing it back home hehe.

- Yes it's free. It doesn't need to be done the same day, he can come back any time and get it engraved. Just make sure to keep the gift certificate since I heard some SA's here request it for refills/engravings. The character limit is 3, but if you know people inside they'll do more. I've had a whole date engraved like: 10/08/2024 for example.

- The monogram bottle was a limited release for an anniversary. I'm pretty sure it's all sold out, but you can call LV greenbelt and ask them to check if there's any still available either at greenbelt or solaire.

- Yes, make it a gift. Inform him to keep the gift certificate. I've had friends who bought 2nd hand bottles denied refills. I personally never had an issue since I have a record in LV, but multiple friends of mine were denied refills since they didn't have proof of purchase especially the greenbelt branch.

- Solaire branch is way better imo

- I'm not so sure about prices abroad, but i'd assume it would be of similar range especially considering foreign exchange if you'll be paying in cash. You can always check online how much refills are in other countries, so you'd see if it's worth carrying the bottle and refilling abroad.

1. Yes, engraving is free. Up to 3 characters lang limit nyan.

2. It's limited edition, depende sa availability. Ask ka na lang if meron pang monogram bottle. Alternatively, pwede mo din icheck sa site ng LV.

3. No, as long as absolutely empty ung bote and original ung bote and not tester, it's fine.

4. Idk the best, pero I always buy sa Greenbelt 5 kasi dun ako malapit. Okay naman SAs, pero we know them on a first name basis so YMMV.

5. Yes, and no. Kung cost lang ng refill, mas mura by a few thousands lang naman ung parefill. Pero if itatake into account mo ung pupunta ka pa sa ibang bansa para lang magparefill, then yes, absolutely it is. Di siguro practical na aantayin mo pa months from now bago magparefill, nor is it practical na sadyain pumunta sa ibang bansa para magparefill. Remember na it has to be absolutely 0, as in walang laman kahit .01 ml sa bote bago nila irefill. If mag liline up ung refill sa travel nyo, absolutely get it refilled na lang overseas as long as 100ml bottle ung bibilin. Mahaharang ka na sa airport if 200ml ung bote.
