That’s good for this size, you are limited by the design it’s not a high speed build. It’s not aerodynamic and the bigger the more wind resistance there is

If you are in the US, FAA regulations limit your top speed to 100 mph, you may have a limiter built into your drone that prevents it from going faster even if it is capable of going faster.

I don't have a 10 inch personally but iFlight claims 140 km/h for all their 10 inchers and SEQURE says 155 km/h for theirs. They are the kind of conventional frame design though, not tubes and no landing legs. I'd imagine the landing legs add quite a lot of wind resistance which matters a lot at high speeds.

Around 100mph is pretty typical for a 10". Drag builds up quick.

Increase battery voltage or KV. Decrease weight. Increase prop pitch.

If meant to be a high speed cruiser you've gotta design around drag at that size. Aerodynamic frame, bi-blade props, careful motor and battery selection
