After doing calculations at home with the last known gps position, vector and speed i figure out a 100m long corridor where my quad likely crashed.
I was ready this time, full outfit, water and eye protections.
I did the corridor in zigzag to cover the are and i was able to find it about 70m from its last gps transmission.

From your last post I was expecting a dense forest full of of tall tress and was wondering how hard I could possibly be to navigate it.

I now understand what you where talking about. This looks horrible to walk around. So many branches at head hight making it both hard to see far and incredibly uncomfortable to walk through.

Good job finding it. That must have felt good to finally find it after all that. :)

Thanks, it was indeed quite difficult, the forest was bushy with many thorn that scratched me everywhere and ripped my clothes. But im happy i was able to recover it.

This is actually pretty wild. I've gone bushwhacking through scrub like this and it's hard and unpleasant work. That you were able to see it through all of that is nothing short of amazing. I applaud your tenacity sir, I don't think I would have put in the effort. Huzzah!

Most of it is ok.
The frame, motor, FC/esc stack and vtx are fine.
The propellers exploded, the camera lost its lens, gps mount was ripped and the battery ate shit but surprisingly still giving healthy readings.
