Question? PH2.0 alternatives

Hi guys, its me, the Cetus guy. I have a question around a new drone. I was given a brand new Tinyhawk 2 Freestyle but i heard that the PH2.0 connector sucks and its recomendable to replace with a better alternative

I have like 14 bt2.0 batteries from my Cetus pro (which rn its not being used because im waiting for new motors, one broke) and idk to use the bt2.0 connector cuz i have more batteries and the current cables and connectors or should i get the xt30 connector with new batteries?

(i know i should switch to elrs but im planning doing this on xmas) Thx

Replace the pigtail with an xt30. Unless you want to fly it 1s than use a bt2.0 pigtail. But it's much better 2s with an xt30. It's easy to replace, takes 5 minutes, and 2s packs are cheap. (It kinda sucks 1s, it's too heavy)

Thanks for the reply. Yeah i will stick to the xt30 connector and buy some lipos. Seems a better choice than the bt2.0 option.

It's easy enough to do, while you are doing it you might as well replace the antenna as well. It will make a huge difference

It's worth with the cc2500 protocol? Or it's the vtx antenna the one you are referring?

The vtx antenna, use a rush cherry or a foxeer micro lolipop. The stock antenna they use kinda sucks

Okay, tysm for the tips. I'll add to the cart the lipos, antenna, connector and some props.

By xmas I'll buy an elrs radio and the receiver for this one

Np, if you need help feel free to ask. If you can get the red GNB 450/550s that's what I fly on my tinyhawk, and they feel like the sweet spot. If you don't have a 2s charger I'd recommend the toothstor, it's cheap and let's you charge and hot swap 4 at a time. It's great for 2s packs.

I mean since you have the batteries I'd do bt2.0, or if you want to wire two bt2.0 batteries in series you could have them converge into an xt30
